If you aren't delighted with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund, provided the items are in a brand new and resalable condition. In order to process your return please visit our Contact Us page to submit your return enquiry to us. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return and we will contact you with a return authorisation which is needed to process your return.
All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. We will notify you via email once we receive your return and process your refund. You can expect to be credited within five business days. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility, for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
We refund the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted. Please note it is your responsibility to pay for the costs associated with returning the goods.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no obvious damage. If you receive any defective item, please contact us via our Get in Touch page and submit your concerns to our customer service team.
If you receive any damaged items please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all packaging material and paperwork for your order in the case of any shipping damage.
Refunding Delivery Charges
We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when you are returning less than the full order.
If you are returning faulty product(s) then we will reimburse you for the standard delivery cost of returning the product(s) to us.
Returning Items Outside the Returns Period
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods we will not accept returns for orders that are outside their returns period.
If a promotional code/discount was used when completing your order, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.
